Preparedness!

We went up to Lewiston (Utah) to see my parents this last week. The first day we made strawberry freezer jam!

We also went out to Gossner's Dairy and tried out their shelf-safe milk. It is supposed to keep for two years, even though the date on the package is one year. We had some creamed peas later in the week and used the whipping cream for that and it was really good. I think the smaller boxes were $.35 each and the larger one $.89.
