Update on Mark

Well, it's been awhile!  Here's my excuse.  Mark was off work for a week in between jobs and then the kids were out of school for a week, so my schedule has been a bit off.

Mark started his new job at Goldman Sachs on April 14.  The first few days were iffy; he wasn't doing much and everyone else was really busy doing meetings that didn't include him, etc.  But toward the end of the week, he got a project to work on and he has seemed almost content (although stressed) since then.

Of course, to get to the new job, he needed...  you guessed it!  A NEW CAR!  So here's a picture of the new member of the garage.  Lexus 350 GS, black leather, black paint (shows everything) and a sweet sound system.  He's so spoiled!  But I think he doesn't mind the drive to work so much now.

As if that weren't enough, Mark was also called to be the Elder's Quorum President in our ward.  He got his counsellors called and they are working on getting a secretary.  They had a nice first meeting on Sunday and they're all pretty excited about serving in this calling.
