Life's so crazy!

So my life is a bit crazy right now, what with Mark working out of town all week, homeschooling Tanner, helping Kiersten through her anxiety, and having one teenager and one certified adult child in the home. A big thanks to my mom and dad for being willing to have Tanner and Kiersten for three days during UEA so I could have some time alone!! I love my parents.

Since I don't have any pics to put up right now, you get to hear my new ideas instead. I was trying to come up with some things that might help me manage my time better, things like flylady, getting a tutor for Tanner, having groceries delivered, freezer cooking. Mostly I'm not loving a lot of those ideas.

Anyway, one problem we have is that Kiersten is an absolute whirlwind at making messes and leaving them. So here's what we are going to attempt: I made a list of the things that I think Kiersten absolutely needs in her bedroom. She gets to pick them out. Then I am going to box up the rest of it and store it in the storage room. If she needs a new toy, we will trade for something in the storage room. I just think that having her room simplified might help her brain settle down a bit. Cross your fingers.

Also, when I make dinner I am going to try to make a big batch and freeze some. I'll keep you posted.

And please let me know if you have any advice or ideas!

Oh, man. Can I relate! Don, Me, Mike and Adrianne (married couple), Christine (teenager), and Shaun back and forth for doctor appointments. I keep thinking my life was supposed to get easier as I got older, right??? Hahaha! I completely plan out all my dinner meals now using the crockpot a lot. It helps a ton. I like your idea for Kiersten's things. I think it will work.

Love Ya--
