Workin' on garden things
Kiersten and I made some 4' by 4' grids to help with the square foot gardening. She hammered in all the staples that didn't go all the way in. She gets a whole grid to plant her garden things in. She thinks that's pretty cool. She planted lot of flowers. When things start coming up, I'll post a photo!

What a great idea! She will love that - can't wait to see the photos.
Hurray for the square foot garden! We're doing one, too, and are hoping to have great success. So far we've made the boxes and bought the stuff for the soil mix. Now, if we can just get everything put together. Did you just use wooden lath for the grid? It looks great! I'm excited to see the results.
Kati - Yes, we used wooden lath for the grid. It was really easy to just staple together. We had to get half the stuff at Home Depot (the wood lath) and the other half at Lowe's (the conduit for the trellis thing).
